Jerk is a hot, spicy, uniquely Jamaican seasoning. Authentic jerking is a method of cooking highly spiced meat, slowly over a fire-pit of pimento wood. Marinating is the key to best results. Adjust amount to taste.
REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING.
